Differentiating real and artificial beauty
About beauty
Real and artificial beauty
Humans are so attracted to beauty that they have been imitating it for millennia.
At first, they weren't too good at it.
But now, humans can create artificial beauty that compares with, or surpasses, the one we find in the natural world.
Are you hungry?
Are they beautiful to you?
Devaluing artificial beauty
Nowadays, when evaluating beauty, one has to take artificiality into account.
Fake products, costumes, accessories and make-up may be beautiful, but their good-looks are lifeless and easy to fabricate.
They are only imitations.
So, how should you react when faced with artificial beauty?

Your attraction to artificial beauty is only superficial and it often shows your naivety.
If you knew how it was fabricated, your evaluation of it would go way down.
Fake beauty doesn't stand up to scrutiny.
So, anytime you see artificial beauty, you have to mentally devalue it.
Are you decorating yourself with artificial beauty?
Confronted with the need and obligation to be beautiful, most people resort to artificial solutions to remedy their situation.
They will hide their body and face behind beautiful clothes and glossy make-up, or worse, ornate them with sparkling jewelry or colorful tattoos.
If you want to increase your beauty, any betterment should be made by working directly on yourself, and not by hiding behind fabricated accessories.
Grooming provides a natural and free approach to aesthetic correction.
If not, why wear them?
Is your beauty real or fake?
Only the beauty of your nude body and face are admissible.
• Hats, glasses, sunglasses, ...
• Jewelry,
• Make-up,
• Artificial creams and products,
• Plastic surgery,
• Cosmetic injections,
• Body building,
• Tattooing and piercing,
• Nail polish and lipstick,
• ...
Boycott fake beauty
When you see artificial beauty; you shouldn't appreciate it, you should denounce it.
Say "It's all fake, I'm not impressed".
On the other hand, enjoy real natural beauty when you see it, and strive for it in your personal life.
When it comes to human contact, artificial beauty creates a barrier.
Who wants to kiss lips covered with lipstick?
Who wants to touch skin buried beneath a coat of foundation makeup?
Artificial beauty should be reserved to the realms of art, and not used on people, buildings and objects.
I personally try to boycott people who hide behind fake beauty.
The 3 steps to (artificial) beauty
The majority of women believe that following these three steps makes them more attractive, and they wouldn't leave home without them.
THE RACCOON EYES
Most women think that human eyes are ugly.
They prefer the eyes of the raccoon.
THE CLOWN LIPS
Human lips are unsightly.
They have to be covered with colored goo to be pretty.
THE FOUNDATION MASK
Even if you disguise your eyes and your lips, you must also hide the skin of your face.
The mask has to be thick enough to be obvious and apparent to everyone you meet.
I find that makeup uglies people more than it beautifies them.
Fabricated aesthetics and brainwashed people
Even if we go back several millennia, the aesthetics of the masses have been directed by their rulers.
Nowadays, people are bombarded directly by publicity and indirectly by films, tv shows, music videos, ...
Our tastes and our fashion are decided by a small number of humans.
These profiteers only want to make money and keep on making it.
Their opinion on beauty has no more value than yours or mine, so stop giving them credibility by buying their products.
Beautiful objects - Aesthetics versus functionality
Today, aesthetics apply to all aspects of life including the objects that we use in our daily activities, such as: cars, toasters, watches, houses, furniture, ...
This practice extends to the computer world where people will prefer beautiful software to functional software.
Those are domains were aesthetics should be relegated to a less important role.
Functionality is essential and it should not be reduced at the profit of beauty.
We want a knob to be the right size, in the right pace, easy to manipulate, highly visible, ...
Aesthetics should come in last.
Flashing artificial beauty is offensive to others
It is normal that real beauty can fascinate, captivate and attract others.
This may seem unfair to ugly people, but they can work at beautifying themselves naturally.
However, when people wear artificial decorations in an exaggerated manner, their behavior may be considered as aggressive.
"Gift-wrapped" humans may be cute; but they are fake.
Promoting this falseness leads to "show-offism".
Ignore people who use artificial beauty exaggerations, such as:
• Wearing sunglasses inside,
• Wearing hats, veils or any type of headwear inside,
• Stinking people with perfume,
• Applying too much make-up,
• Wearing high heels,
• ...
The future of aesthetics
I can easily picture humans of the next centuries laughing their heads off when looking at images of the present times.
I truly believe that today's fakeness will be obvious to all in a close future.
But, to get there, we have to put an end to the brainwashing first.
